With full dinners provided inside at Shane’s Tex Mex BBQ, in The Backyard patrons can purchase Tex-Mex pub-grub, said Alyssa Pine, who is clearly a fan of the food. Pine has temporary approval for The Backyard’s format for this year, and he’s working with the town to establish permanent approval for years to come.
